At MHUAR, we take great care in the quality and presentation of our fragrances. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The product is not damaged or altered in any way
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the product received. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used perfumes
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned after the allowed time period
